Do you suffer from tired muscles or low energy? You should try the practice of yoga, a way to relax, stretch and rejuvenate.
Bring your yoga mat and spend an hour on yourself each week. Surry Community College will have two yoga classes on Monday evenings starting Aug. 19 and running through Dec. 9 in Room J-115, Surry Community College, 630 S. Main St., Dobson. Students may choose from a class from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. or from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. The instructor for both classes is Heather Elliot.
