Current Surry Community College students can take a media preferences survey from now until April 11 to enter a $500 SCC scholarship drawing.
The survey asks students about their attitudes, opinions, and media consumption habits and takes around 20-30 minutes to complete. The survey is anonymous and confidential. It can be taken from a computer, tablet or smartphone. Currently enrolled students at SCC are eligible to take the survey. You can repeat the survey if taken in the fall.
“This is a wonderful, timely opportunity to gather some very helpful information from our students that will assist with marketing and planning for our college’s future. Having accurate, fresh data is more important than ever in our current situation,” said Julie Pharr, SCC Marketing Director/Public Information Officer. “It also gives students a great opportunity to win a $500 scholarship that can be used for tuition assistance in SCC programs.”
The Media Prefs survey program is part of a state-wide effort in partnership with Interact Communications and the N.C. Community College System. SCC’s scholarship drawing is being sponsored by the SCC Foundation Inc.
