Surry Community College will be holding an Engineering Technologies Open House for prospective students on Thursday, May 2, 2019, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the G. Allen Mebane IV Industrial Training Center at The Yadkin Center in Yadkinville.
Pre-registration is requested for this event. By pre-registering, you will be eligible for the $250 scholarship drawing provided by the Surry Community College Foundation.

Adults who are looking to retool and retrain should attend this event. Additionally, high school students interested in Career & College Promise dual enrollment opportunities for their junior and senior years are encouraged to attend along with students who will be graduating from high school this year.
The following Engineering Technologies programs will be featured at the event. All of these programs are offered to high school juniors and seniors as a part of the tuition-free, dual enrollment program called Career & College Promise. Additionally, Machining and Welding are offered as continuing education classes for non-credit seeking students along with college credit.
