Surry Community College offers a variety of courses related to nursing, phlebotomy, and sports medicine. These classes are offered through our Workforce, Technologies & Community Education department for skill seeking students.

Virginia residents pay the same tuition rate as in-state students.
Pre-registration and pre-payment required. Class will meet in J 107 the first day and the remainder of the classes will meet in J211. Must have current CNA I certification to register. Must call 336-386-3423 to register.
This is a Hybrid class that meets every Monday. Class will also meet two Saturdays and four Wednesdays. Saturday class dates are 9/25, 10/16. Wednesday class dates are 7/28, 9/1, 9/8, 10/6. Students will also have online work as well.
This is a Hybrid class that meets every Tuesday. Class will also meet on two Saturdays and four Thursdays. Saturday class dates are 8/28, 9/18. Thursday class dates are 7/22, 9/9, 9/23, 10/14.
This class requires a current CNA I certification, High School Diploma/GED and CPR. Must call 336-386-3423 to register.
This is a Hybrid class that meets every Tuesday. This class will alternate between the Dobson campus and Yadkin campus on Tuesdays. The first class will meet in room YB-138 at the Yadkin Center. The rest of the the classes held at the Yadkin campus will meet in YB-147. The classes held on the main campus will be held in room J-116.
This is a Hybrid class that meets every Thursday at Northern Hospital. The first night of class meets in room J-107 on main campus in Dobson.
