Self Help Series: Take Control: Managing Fatigue and Stress

Students will learn coping mechanisms and techniques to prevent and manage normal stressors in their lives. The main topics covered will be: how unbalanced hormones in the body from adrenal fatigue can affect your mood and body, how to recognize the various forms of stressors, how to take proactive steps to dealing with stress, and how stress and fatigue can affect our body and health.
