Self Help Series: Are You Tied in Knots?
Learn how to relax, stretch and move better using Self Myofascial Release (SMR) and trigger point release. Students will learn techniques to “iron out the knots” by using foam rollers and their own strength. SMR and trigger point release can loosen contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulate the muscle’s ability to move better. Included in the price is a foam roller that will be used for portions of the class.
