Surry Community College offers incoming and current high school students multiple pathways to educational success. Current high school students can earn college credit tuition free through our Career and College Promise (CCP) dual enrollment program. Students interested in dual enrollment should contact the SCC advising office and their high school counselor.
Incoming high school students have the opportunity to earn a 2-year Associate degree at the same time as they earn their high school diploma through the early college school. Students interested in attending the early college should speak with their middle school counselor.
The High School Equivalency program allows adults to demonstrate they have the skills and knowledge comparable to a high school diploma. There are many benefits from going through this program and taking the HiSET® test.
